As a CAD Engineering Intern, you will work closely with the CPSE team and ADI's design engineers to improve the platform used for designing advanced SiP products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on technical challenges, engaging with EDA vendors, and providing support for various engineering tasks.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of analog and/or RF circuit fundamentals.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, and Cadence Design Suite.
- Understanding of physical IC layout considerations and hands-on experience with layout tools.
- Programming experience in C/C++, Python, Perl or other languages.
