Summary
NAVWAR is seeking a Calibration Coordinator to join their team in Jacksonville Naval Air Station, FL. The role involves establishing schedules, defining objectives, and aiding in the solution of program problems within the MRO Production Department.
About the Role
As a Calibration Coordinator, you will be responsible for retrieving data from electronic sources to develop workload reports, creating reports to document cost estimates and customer requirements, instructing others on performance objectives, investigating production problems, and directing the development of detailed work plans and schedules for production workloads.
About You
Required:
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Experience in analyzing production schedules and costs to identify variances and deficiencies.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing corrective action plans to control cost/schedule/quantity.
- Ability to prepare briefings and decision papers for review by higher authority.
