About the Role
As a Bay Area Community Organizer, you will identify, train, and support community leaders, facilitate leadership development, and co-lead campaign strategy development. You will also engage in advocacy to build power for energy and communications justice, strengthen relationships with community organizations, and maintain a presence in targeted communities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in grassroots organizing.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience developing and coordinating successful organizing campaigns.
- Bilingual Spanish-English verbal skills.
