About the Role
As a Central Valley Community Organizer, you will identify, train, and support community leaders, facilitate leadership development, and co-lead issue identification and campaign strategy development. You will also maintain relationships with community organizations and decision-makers, develop training materials, and provide support through TURN's consumer hotline.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in grassroots organizing.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience developing and coordinating successful organizing campaigns.
- Bilingual Spanish-English verbal skills.
