As a Call Center Representative, you will handle 70-75 inbound calls daily, assisting with scheduling, billing, and care coordination. You will document interactions in EMR and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year recent call center experience
- 6+ months of healthcare/medical experience
- Strong communication & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred:
- Experience in hospital/medical office
- Problem-solving & multitasking in high-volume environments
- Professional phone etiquette
