- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic patient management systems.
- Ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Minimal of one year of medical office experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to use CPM/EMR system effectively.
