About the Role
As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for leading recreational and educational activities for youth participants. Your duties will include planning and conducting activities, maintaining order among participants, issuing and managing equipment, responding to inquiries, performing custodial tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Previous work/volunteer experience or training in recreational, social, sports or arts activities.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to take a class to become certified prior to start date).
Preferred:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to develop youth participation and interest in assigned recreational activities and programs.
