As a Camp Manager, you will manage, motivate, and support your staff team to create engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development. You will ensure the execution of all policies and procedures, liaising with parents and school representatives, and leading sessions to maintain high standards of care.
About You
Required:
- Experience in childcare or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a camp manager or in a similar role.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
