About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, campaign development, or database marketing operations.
- Proficiency with programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and/or Databricks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Azure).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating in agile, team-oriented environments.
- Project management experience and ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
