Summary
Consensus is seeking a Campus Growth specialist to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on driving student adoption of Consensus across U.S. and Canadian campuses through various outreach and engagement strategies.
About the Role
As a Campus Growth specialist, you will be responsible for building and scaling Consensus's presence in universities by running ambassador programs, forming partnerships with student groups, and hosting workshops and meetups. This hands-on role involves community building, campus travel, and experimenting with different strategies to enhance student engagement.
About You
Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup or similar high-velocity environment.
- Strong experience with community building, student programs, campus outreach, or event planning.
- Experience running programs end-to-end, not just taking a playbook and executing.
- High agency — ability to quickly learn new tools and implement ideas.
- Comfortable traveling 1–2 times per month to universities across the U.S. and Canada.
Preferred:
- Some experience using data visualization tools like Mixpanel or data warehouses like Bigquery.
