About the Role
As a Campus Recruiter on the Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives (ECPI) team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with universities and student organizations, planning and attending recruiting events, and developing new initiatives. You will work collaboratively with various teams to drive decision-making and ensure the success of recruiting efforts, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of campus recruiting experience.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the quantitative or tech recruiting landscape.
- Experience in project and stakeholder management.
Benefits
- Base salary of $200k–$300k.
