About the Role
As a 2nd Shift Production Operator, you will assist in the production of cannabis products such as beverages, edibles, and tinctures. Your responsibilities will include preparing, packaging, and labeling products, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also participate in training and maintain a clean work environment.
About You
Required:
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work fast on one's feet doing repetitive tasks for long periods.
- Ability to lift 35-50 pounds.
- Must obtain a WA food handler's card within 10 days of beginning work.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferred:
- Experience in a packaging or production environment.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude.
- Experience with multiple pieces of equipment in the packaging, food, or beverage industry.
- Experience with mixing using established recipes.
- Knowledge of scales and adjusting recipes based on production needs.

- $500 Hiring Bonus ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days).
- Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly, reviewed after 90 days and annually.
