MDS Nurse - Sign On Bonus

REGENCY AT WHITMORE LAKE is seeking an MDS Nurse to join their team in Whitmore Lake, MI. The role involves conducting assessments and care plan coordination for residents, while providing clinical involvement without being a bedside nurse.

As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for completing the MDS, CAA’s, and care plans within regulated time frames. You will assess residents through physical assessments, interviews, and chart reviews, and discuss care needs with caregivers including physicians and nursing staff. Additionally, you will coordinate significant changes in MDS and maintain compliance with Medicare schedules.
