About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Math, or Physics.
- Foundation of software engineering and IT architecture.
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of capacity management software, specifically BMC Helix Continuous Optimization.
- Solid knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to extend knowledge of IT performance management best practices.
- Passion to learn new technologies and apply these concepts to business needs.
- Good attitude and motivation to implement new ideas.
