Summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Capital Analytics Lead to join their Global Analytics team in the United States. The role involves ownership of capital, margin, liquidity, and counterparty risk analytics to support the firm's business across banking and markets regulatory regimes.

About the Role

As a Capital Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining frameworks for margin, settlement exposure, netting, prefunding, and liquidity analysis. You will perform scenario analysis and stress testing, evaluate capital and risk tradeoffs, and produce documentation to support supervisory discussions. The role requires strong quantitative judgment and the ability to translate complex analytics into insights for senior leadership.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, quantitative finance, or operations research.
8+ years of experience in capital, margin, or risk analytics within banking, derivatives markets, clearing, or regulated financial infrastructure.
Direct experience with capital adequacy, margin requirements, counterparty exposure, or liquidity risk.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining quantitative frameworks used in regulated environments.
Experience writing and defending analytical methodologies in regulatory or supervisory contexts.

Preferred:

Advanced degrees in a quantitative field.
Up-to-date knowledge of blockchain and crypto innovations.
