About the Role
As a Capital Financial Analysis – Associate in the Treasury Controllers team, you will lead capital and liquidity reporting, manage end-to-end reporting for business planning and stress testing cycles, coordinate with business partners on framework changes, oversee control processes, and support the integrity of Treasury financials. You will also communicate forecasts and results to senior leadership, drive analytics in a changing regulatory environment, and foster a collaborative team culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related technical field.
- Two years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in balance sheet and financial analysis.
- Technical skills or willingness to learn Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of retail banking and products.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase.
- Leadership experience managing direct reports.
