Summary
GSK is seeking a Capital Lead, Biologics & Devices to oversee major capital investments across the B&D manufacturing network, based in King of Prussia, PA.
About the Role
As the Capital Lead, you will coordinate capital planning across B&D sites, ensuring alignment with strategic targets. You will guide the development of Facility Investment Plans, oversee execution of capital projects, provide governance for compliance with PMF and Engineering Standards, and support strategic initiatives including Smart Manufacturing and sustainability. This role requires collaboration with site engineering leads and project practitioners to enhance engineering capability and drive capital efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Engineering degree (BSc) with strong grounding in capital project delivery and planning.
- Demonstrated experience in project and portfolio management, including delivery of complex regional capital investments.
- Experience in Facility Investment Planning (FIP/PIP).
- Proficient with recognised project/programme management tools and methodologies.
- Strong operational engineering background within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Expertise in Construction Safety Leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital data analytics and programme management.
