About the Role
As a Capital Markets & Securities Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on public and private offerings of equity, debt, and convertible securities. Your daily tasks will include preparing and reviewing SEC filings, ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws, and supporting clients in uplisting processes. You will also counsel clients on corporate governance and coordinate with investment banks and funds in capital markets transactions.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 8 years of experience handling capital markets and securities law matters.
- Strong familiarity with SEC reporting obligations.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience advising small- and mid-cap public companies.
- Experience with exchange listing requirements and uplisting strategy.
