About the Role
As a Capital Markets Group Paralegal, you will manage complex projects independently, maintain confidential client information, oversee IPO transaction tasks, create and proofread agreements, prepare deal documents, provide pre-closing and post-closing assistance, conduct legal research, and prepare various correspondence and checklists.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 8+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong research skills using legal research software such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Experience in IPO and public company matters.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program.
- Prior experience in a legal or financial setting, particularly in capital markets or corporate finance.
