About the Role
As a Capital Markets Manager, you will manage the company’s structured finance funding activities, including warehouse facilities, forward flow agreements, and ABS issuances. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth operation of funding programs and achieve financial goals. This role requires supporting transaction structuring, monitoring market trends, and enhancing internal processes.
About You
Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel required.
- Experience working with consumer credit assets or ABS transaction structures.
- Excellent project management skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in capital markets or treasury roles at fintech lenders.
- Securitized products exposure at an investment bank.
- Rating agency or credit-focused experience in consumer ABS.
