About You
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business or relevant work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in estimating construction and project management.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with building codes and basic drafting experience.
- CAD (computer aided drafting) experience.
- American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) - Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) within 12 months of hire.
- Experience with financial and operational management and analysis with technical estimating and budgeting tools for construction.
- PMP certification.
