About You
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in Field Sales/Sales Leadership experience.
- Experience in Field-based Large Account Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, CAR-T, or Cell & Gene therapy.
- RN license or Advanced Practice degree (Nurse Practitioner / PA / PharmD / MSN).
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse customers.
- Project and process management experience.
