About the Role
As a Card Production Associate Specialist, you will operate production machines, perform high-speed production tasks, maintain productivity, and ensure quality while meeting production deadlines. You will also be responsible for assigning staff to machinery, executing labor plans, and communicating with the Production Department Management team.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and extreme accuracy.
Preferred:
- Previous leadership experience in a production environment.
- Ability to remain flexible to changes in duties and workflow.
