About the Role
As a Cardiac PET CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting nuclear imaging exams, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. You will also perform quality control checks on imaging equipment and provide care to patients of all ages. The position requires travel to various clinics and adherence to departmental protocols.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited 2 or 4 year Nuclear Medicine program.
- Active Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and handling of radiopharmaceuticals.
Preferred:
- 2 years nuclear imaging experience.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds and assist with patient maneuvering.
