About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and clear-headed in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered practices.
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques in alignment with facility policies and training standards.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, human services, or similar roles.
- Training in crisis intervention, de-escalation.
- Behavioral health experience.
- Lived experience of recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges.
