About the Role

You will verify insurance coverage, process authorizations, and collect payments to support accurate billing. Additionally, you will maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Basic office and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
