About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, ensuring timely completion of paperwork in adherence to OASAS regulations. You will conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions, perform crisis intervention, and facilitate groups and classes as designated. Additionally, you will attend various meetings for treatment planning and supervision, and maintain clinical and administrative records.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 3 consecutive years in a residential program (preferably Substance Abuse).
- Knowledge of methods for dealing with personality and emotional difficulties related to substance abuse.
Preferred:
- Thorough expertise in individual, group, and family counseling.
- Ability to plan and organize a caseload effectively.
