About the Role
About You
- Experience in HCBS coordination, case management, group home leadership, or direct support.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with Arizona's DDD system, programs, and service models.
- Strong case management abilities including advocacy, documentation, interviewing, and family communication.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements (HIPAA).
- Comfort with technology (Apple devices, Google Workspace).
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass CPS and APS registry checks.

We recognize that the direct support workforce is in crisis. The service needs of Arizona’s DDD members aren’t being fully met due to a lack of Direct Support Professionals. Services are even being provided temporarily by family members whose need for relief is not being fulfilled. Endeavor HCBS is a trusted resource in the I/DD community offering a solution to the DSP workforce crisis with our team of vetted, trained, and respected Direct Support Professionals to fulfill the needs of DDD Members.
