Summary
Monarch Communities® is seeking a Care Manager (On the Job Training) to join their team in Haverford, PA. The role involves assisting residents in daily life activities as outlined in their care plans.
About the Role
As a Care Manager, you will report to the Health & Wellness Director and provide resident care that includes bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. You will maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents, escort them to meals and activities, document services provided, and report any changes in residents' conditions to your supervisor.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma.
- Ability to work with the elderly population.
Preferred:
- Experience with dementia care.
- Knowledge of personal care and behavior management.
