About the Role
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for hands-on care and emotional support for residents, developing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will engage with residents, assist with daily living activities, and maintain compliance with safety regulations while promoting the dignity and independence of each resident.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state/provincial regulations.
- CPR Certificate and First Aid as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with seniors.
- Desire to serve and care for seniors.
