About the Role
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing care coordinators, ensuring they manage caseloads effectively, and utilizing resources to meet the needs of children and families. You will direct staff in clinical record keeping, facilitate training meetings, and manage case enrollments and transfers. Your leadership will ensure that multi-agency processes are effective and that staff have opportunities for professional growth.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in social work or related human service field, or a bachelor's degree with requisite experience.
- Minimum of five years of clinical/management experience in community-based behavioral health and human services with families and children.
- Clinical Licensure is required.
- Demonstrated clinical intervention skills for two or more years.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish.
- Experience in fiscal management activities and team building.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
