About the Role
As a Career Development Counselor, you will be responsible for program implementation and service delivery, assisting clients in gaining job and academic skills, and providing wraparound services and case management. Your tasks will include conducting assessments, career coaching, job search assistance, and collaborating with external stakeholders to develop work experience opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social services, international affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social services, employment, or client counseling.
Preferred:
- Experience working with low-income, immigrant, and low English proficiency populations.
- Proficiency in another language such as Spanish, Tigrinya, Dari/Farsi, Pashto, or Ukrainian.
