About the Role
As a Career Navigator, you will conduct workshops, develop workshop materials, build relationships with local financial institutions, provide one-on-one financial counseling, assist clients with job and career coaching, and help clients access income supports. You will also track client progress and document outcomes using a client management system.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience planning job fairs, hiring events, and literacy workshops.
Preferred:
- Experience in organizing successful events involving multiple constituencies.
- High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Benefits
- $24–$28 per hour depending on experience.
