Career Team is seeking a Career Services Case Manager for the RESEA Program to join their team in Denton, TX. The role involves providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services to participants receiving unemployment benefits.

About the Role

As a Career Services Case Manager, you will provide case management services to RESEA participants, lead workshops and orientations, report non-compliance issues, enter data into required systems, guide jobseekers in preparing individual employment plans, counsel clients on job opportunities, and maintain accurate case files. You will also participate in staff events and complete required reports while approaching tasks with a proactive mindset.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of work experience or equivalent education and experience.
Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base.
Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn specialized databases.
Valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

Bilingual or Multilingual.
Strong multitasking abilities and proactive approach.
Training in Trauma Informed Care or evidence-based practices.
