About the Role
As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medications according to service plans, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. You will also communicate effectively with residents and staff, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
About You
Required:
- Completion of WAC 388-78A-112 training.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Completion of Med Tech Training and certification.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
Preferred:
- Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals of Care with specialties in Dementia and Mental Health.
- Additional Developmental Disabilities Specialty training.
