About the Role
As a Home and Community Based Services Aide, you will support clients with personal hygiene, household tasks, and daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client conditions, ensuring a safe environment, and responding to client needs promptly.
About You
Required:
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
- Completion of 40-hour AHCA-required training or passing AHCA competency test (for FL applicants).
Preferred:
- 6 months+ of home care experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
