Summary
Grand Living is seeking a Caregiver to join their team in Naples, FL. The role involves providing exceptional daily care and service to residents in accordance with their personalized care plans.
About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will enhance the overall Resident experience by assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene, and mobility needs. You will model a friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure high levels of Resident satisfaction, working under the guidance of the Director of Health and Wellness.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language.
Preferred:
- One or more years of experience providing assistance with ADLs.
- One or more years of experience working with seniors.
