Companions & Homemakers HCA #2052 is seeking a Caregiver to join their team in multiple service areas across Connecticut. The role involves providing personal care and companionship to seniors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering safe, personal care based on each client’s individualized Plan of Care. Your daily tasks will include escorting clients to appointments, assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing emotional support. You will also help with dressing, bathing, mobility, and medication reminders, all while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred:
- Open availability strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion.
