About the Role
As a Carrier & Compliance Administrative Assistant, you will support the Director of Carrier Relations by managing day-to-day execution of carrier communications, ensuring accuracy of carrier appointments, contracts, and entity records. You will also assist with licensing and compliance tasks, support filings for multiple entities, and maintain organized records in SharePoint.
About You
Required:
- 3–7 years of insurance agency or brokerage administrative experience.
- Familiarity with carrier appointments, licensing, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with high follow-through.
