About the Role
As a Case Associate, you will work directly with residents in supported housing programs, helping them achieve their recovery goals and develop independent living skills. Your responsibilities will include carrying a caseload, advocating for residents, conducting assessments, and providing administrative support. You will also participate in staff meetings and assist with documentation and event planning.
About You
Required:
- AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting or HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting.
- Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van.
