- Active BLS certification.
- 2 years of experience working in healthcare in a patient-facing role.
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and other regulatory agency standards.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Experience in case management or care coordination.
- Familiarity with community resources and services.
