About the Role
As a Case Management Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between Attorneys and staff, ensuring compliance with client and federal collection standards. You will maintain knowledge of legal procedures, oversee client billing, standardize workflows, evaluate employee performance, and provide support to ensure positive customer and team member experiences.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Paralegal studies required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the legal field with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Knowledge of applicable collection laws.
- Experience with billing software.
