Summary
Inland Regional Center is seeking a Case Management Trainee (Part-Time and Full-time) to join their team in San Bernardino, CA. This position is a 6 to 12-month training role responsible for coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
About the Role
As a Case Management Trainee, you will work under the supervision of the Program Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Your responsibilities will include managing a smaller caseload, completing necessary paperwork, coordinating evaluations and plans, providing advocacy, and ensuring compliance with agency policies. You will also participate in case conferences and maintain effective communication with team members and community resources.
About You
Required:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Availability to work part-time, transitioning to full-time after six months.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills.
- Ability to handle change and adapt to new priorities.
