As a Case Manager - Immigration, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring individual program plans for clients. Your daily tasks will include assessing client needs, counseling individuals and families, maintaining client records, coordinating client activities, and assisting clients with accessing various services. You will also network with other providers to generate community resources and may provide supportive counseling in individual and group settings.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in case management or counseling services.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
