About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will support youth in building skills necessary for independence by assisting them in accessing educational, employment, financial, mental/emotional, and community resources. You will develop rapport using a strength-based approach, partner with referring agencies and schools, and respond effectively to youth in crisis situations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human service field from an accredited four-year college.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Youth Services Casework experience working with teens and young adults.
- LBSW licensure or working towards licensure if holding a BSW.
