Summary
Kinexus Group is seeking a part-time Case Manager - Offender Services to support the Pathway Home 6 grant in Cassopolis, MI. The role focuses on improving employment outcomes and reducing recidivism for incarcerated individuals through job training and supportive services.
About the Role
As a Case Manager for the Pathway Home 6 Program, you will provide primary support for justice-involved individuals transitioning from incarceration to the workforce. Responsibilities include leading the intake and assessment process, developing individualized reentry plans, coordinating training and employment opportunities, and tracking progress towards self-sufficiency. You will also manage participant documentation, facilitate program intake, and connect job seekers with supportive services.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in human services, criminal justice, social work, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- At least two years of experience in case management or direct services.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational interviewing skills.
- Comfort working in correctional and community-based settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with electronic case management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals or in reentry programs.
- Familiarity with WIOA and LS/CMI case management platform.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and wraparound service coordination.
