About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Previous experience working with homeless and mentally ill individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to case management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
