About You
- High School Diploma or equivalency and 2+ years of case management experience.
- OR Associate Degree with 1-2 years of case management experience.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of case management experience.
- Ability to consistently maintain required documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of NYC's diverse network of community resources.
