About You
- Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, criminal justice, psychology, or human services preferred, or significant related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of three to five years of knowledge and work experience related to Social Services and supporting others through Case Management.
- Familiarity with local resources, Continuum of Care, and homeless service providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including positive interpersonal skills.
