Summary
Telecare Corporation is seeking a Case Manager Substance Use Specialist - Community Outreach to join their team in Tukwila, WA. The role involves providing primary support and case management for individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
About the Role
As a Case Manager Substance Use Specialist, you will assist individuals in living independently within their community by providing services in homes, hospitals, and other settings. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Social Services.
- At least 1 year of experience providing services as a Substance Use Specialist.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
- Must have SUDP/SUDPT certification.
